Overview
We pack and ship wooden toys and articles with care. This page explains processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, and what to do if a package is late, lost or damaged.
Order processing time
In-stock orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Customized or engraved orders typically take 7–14 business days to process; the product page will show estimated dispatch times.
Domestic shipping (India)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch (varies by location and carrier).
- Expedited / express shipping: available at checkout where offered; 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Remote/rural deliveries may take longer. Estimated times can be affected by public holidays, carrier delays and weather.
International shipping
International delivery times typically range from 10–21 business days depending on destination, service selected and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees in the destination country.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight/size, destination and carrier. Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Packaging
We use protective and eco-friendly packaging appropriate for wooden toys to minimize transit damage.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier and tracking number (usually within 24 hours of dispatch). Use the tracking link to follow your delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us right away.
Damaged or lost shipments
Please inspect packages on delivery; note visible damage with the courier and take photos. Report damaged or missing items to support@woodybugz.com within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos — we will help with a replacement, refund, or carrier claim. If the issue is our fault, return shipping will be covered.
Returns & return shipping
Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping unless we provided a prepaid label. Returns due to our error: we cover return shipping. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Exchange Policy (14-day window).
Customs & taxes (international)
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control.
